VP Finance - Lead all financial aspects of the organization, including fiscal management, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and analysis. - Lead the financial planning and analysis to provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights. - This includes working with cross-functional teams to execute annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial analysis and insights to support the organization's strategic plans. - Oversee the treasury management including cash flow forecasting, management of banking/investor relationships, and risk management. - This position will also lead the organization's financial and tax audit process. - Ensure the organization's financial reporting processes are timely and compliant with applicable laws and regulations. - Prior experience with SaaS companies preferred. - Ability to interpret complicated financial data and develop actionable plans. - Strong organizational, critical thinking, quantitative abilities and communications skills - Attention to detail and good judgment. - Comfortable with ambiguity and change, yet able to set priorities and execute on commitments. - 15-20 years of progressive finance experience with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies - Professional qualification such as CA or CPA or CFA - Track record of handling clients and negotiations - Cost management experience
