Vice President - Finance Regulatory Policy - Banking - CA/CPA/ACCA/FRM

We are looking for an experienced Regulatory Policy / Accounting Policy professional to join a dynamic and high-impact Finance team within a leading global financial services organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Regulatory Reporting, Accounting Policy, Capital & Leverage frameworks, and Regulatory Change Management within an Investment Banking environment.

Role Overview:

As a VP - Finance Regulatory Policy, you will play a critical role in:

- Interpreting and analyzing evolving accounting and regulatory requirements (IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP)

- Assessing impact of capital, leverage ratio, prudential consolidation & regulatory developments

- Managing end-to-end lifecycle of accounting & regulatory change

- Drafting and maintaining technical policy documentation

- Advising Finance, Risk, and Business stakeholders on technical accounting matters

- Liaising with auditors and global accounting policy groups

- Supporting governance, liquidity policy research & regulatory initiatives

This role offers high visibility with senior stakeholders and exposure to global regulatory frameworks (PRA, EBA, BaFin, JFSA, MAS).

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Qualified CA / CPA / ACCA / FRM with strong Regulatory Reporting background

- 10-15 years of experience in Finance (preferably Investment Banking)

- Strong expertise in Capital, RWA, Leverage Ratio, and Regulatory frameworks

- Hands-on experience with accounting policy interpretation (IFRS / US GAAP / Local GAAP)

- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills

- Strong analytical and documentation capabilities

- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills (Power BI knowledge is an advantage)

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a high-pressure, matrix environment
