Vice President - Finance Control

Responsibility of the role involves:

- Ownership of the regional Group consolidation process submitted to Head Office.

- Review and presentation of finance material e.g. financials etc. to the Country Financial Reporting Head.

- Managing internal and external audit engagements from initiation through to completion.

- Maintain and enhance the control environment within the team and ensure highest standards of delivery including proper governance.

- Maintain and enhance the review mechanism ensuring that the relevant GAAPs, pronouncement and guidelines are followed along with annual review and recertification of relevant compliance.

- Collaborate and participate in Global/Regional projects and initiatives within the Finance Division

- Support implementation of new accounting standards covering USGAAP and IFRS/FRS.

- Be a leader in digital transformation.
