Vice President - Finance - Consumer Goods Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning, analysis, and forecasting processes to support business expansion.

- Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management to ensure financial discipline.

- Collaborate with leadership to drive revenue growth and improve margins.

- Establish and maintain internal financial controls, ensuring regulatory compliance.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks, including market fluctuations and supply chain disruptions.

- Manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.

- Drive M&A opportunities and strategic partnerships within the consumer goods sector.

- Lead and develop the finance team to improve financial processes and decision-making.

- Implement technology-driven financial solutions for real-time reporting and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA/CPA preferred).

- 9+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.

- Proven expertise in the consumer goods industry, with deep knowledge of financial operations.

- Strong background in financial planning, risk management, and corporate finance.

- Experience in working with high-growth and operationally complex businesses.

- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with ERP systems and financial analytics tools.

- Understanding of supply chain financing and inventory management.
