To oversee the Facilities & Administration functions.  Duties :  - Develop and drive the financial strategy of the company aligned to its overall strategy.  - Prepare a comprehensive financial plan in close coordination with the business heads to implement the strategy  - Strengthen Finance and Accounting systems and processes to implement the strategy.  - Build effective control systems in a rapidly evolving and highly dynamic start-up environment, without constraining the growth potential of the company.  - Manage debt fund raising in an efficient manner.  - Manage and monitor budgeting process and budgets.  - Identify key business metrics to be used for monitoring the business performance and monitor them, introducing corrective actions as needed.  - Maximize return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities; maintaining relationships with the investment community.  - Develop efficient tax strategies.  - Oversee Facilities & Administration (F&A) functions supported by F&A department head.  - Build a strong MIS that provides an accurate and timely reflection of the company's performance to the key stakeholders,  - Ensure effective compliance and control to regulatory and ethical governance standards.  - Engaging and communicating effectively with colleagues, investors, customers, suppliers, regulators, and other internal and external stakeholders to establish a high ethical standard for the company in the market.  - Balancing short-term concerns and pressures, such as managing cash, liquidity, and profitability, and long-term vision and sustainable organizational success.  - Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile. Develop and implement a risk management policy.  Skills and Qualifications :  - Chartered Accountant with atleast 15 years of experience in which atleast 5 years as a CFO/Head Finance of a fast growing organization.  - Proven track record of having introduced systemic changes in finance functions that had lasting effect.  - Proven track record of having managed business which had multiple financial levers inter-related in a complex manner in a product business with high R&D levels.  - Experience in managing tough cash flow situation  - Strong external network comprising investors, bankers and corporate finance professionals
