Role Overview:

- The Vice President - Finance & Accounts will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring financial stability, and driving strategic financial planning.

- This role involves close collaboration with the executive team, project managers, and external stakeholders, including investors and auditors. The VP - Finance & Accounts will play a critical role in optimizing financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company's growth objectives within the EPC and Oil & Gas sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

- Oversee all accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and internal controls, to maintain accurate and reliable financial data.

- Manage the budgeting process, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to optimize resource allocation and achieve financial targets for EPC projects.

- Lead the forecasting process, developing accurate financial models to support strategic decision-making and risk management in Oil & Gas project management.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and reporting requirements, mitigating financial risks and maintaining the company's reputation.

- Manage investor relations, providing transparent and timely communication to stakeholders regarding the company's financial performance and strategic initiatives.

- Lead fund-raising activities, including securing debt and equity financing, to support the company's growth plans and project financing needs.

- Develop and maintain robust MIS reporting to provide timely and accurate financial insights to management for informed decision-making.

- Provide financial leadership and support to EPC operations, ensuring efficient financial management of projects from inception to completion.

- Drive leadership development within the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, with a strong understanding of financial modeling techniques.

- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements, particularly within the EPC and Oil & Gas industries.

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of finance professionals.

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors and auditors.

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

- Minimum of 15-23 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with significant experience in the EPC and Oil & Gas sectors.
