Role Summary:

The VP - Finance & Accounts will manage core accounting, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and audit management for the Financial Services Company. The role requires strong technical accounting expertise, robust control orientation, and experience in handling regulators and auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accounting, Payments, Reconciliation, Accruals, Provisions, TB management

- Preparation of FS

- Sound Accounting Standards Domain Knowledge : IGAAP / Ind AS

- Dealt with nuances related to ESOPs, Employee Benefits, DTA

- Completion of Audits

- Substantiation

- ICoFR

- Taxation [both Direct Tax & Indirect Tax(GST)]

- Dealing with IAD

- Regulatory Returns and Interactions

- SEBI Disclosures related to FS

- SEBI Disclosure related to RPT

- Handled relationship with top 10 CA - Audit firms
