Vice President - Finance

About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic Vice President Finance to lead the Finance function of a rapidly growing organization. This role offers a clear succession path to becoming the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Accounting, Controllership, FP&A, Treasury, and Business Finance.

- Drive debt and equity fundraising initiatives.

- Manage Investor Relations and board-level financial reporting.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and financial planning.

- Build and mentor high-performing finance teams.

- Develop financial strategies aligned with organizational growth.

- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across India and the US.

- Partner with executive leadership on strategic business decisions.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 12-18+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.

- Prior experience as VP Finance, Finance Director, or Head of Finance.

- Expertise in:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

2. Accounting & Controllership

3. Treasury

4. Investor Relations

5. Debt & Equity Fundraising

6. Compliance

7. Business Finance

- Experience managing finance functions across India and US entities.

- Proven leadership experience building and managing finance teams.
