Reporting to: Promoter / Principal

Role Overview:

We are looking for an accomplished Vice President Family Office to work closely with the Promoter/Principal in managing and growing a diversified portfolio of global investments. The role will focus on identifying, evaluating, executing and managing investments across Real Estate, M&A, Company Buyouts, Private Equity, Strategic Investments and other alternative asset classes across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Promoter/Principal on global investment strategy and deployment of capital.

- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities across Real Estate, M&A, Private Equity, company acquisitions and buyouts.

- Lead the complete transaction lifecycle including deal sourcing, financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, structuring, negotiation and closure.

- Evaluate direct investments in businesses across multiple sectors and geographies.

- Manage and monitor the existing investment portfolio and identify opportunities for value creation and exits.

- Build relationships with Investment Banks, PE Funds, Family Offices, Advisors, Lawyers and global deal intermediaries.

- Represent the Promoter in negotiations and strategic discussions with potential investee and portfolio companies.

- Provide high-quality investment recommendations and decision support directly to the Principal.

Candidate Profile:

- 15-20 years of experience across Family Offices, Private Equity, Investment Banking, M&A or Principal Investments.

- Strong track record in M&A, company buyouts, direct investments and/or global real estate investments.

- Experience evaluating and executing cross-border transactions.

- Strong capabilities in financial modelling, valuation, deal structuring and negotiations.

- Strong global network across the investment ecosystem.

- Experience working with Promoters, UHNW families or entrepreneurial principals would be preferred.

- High level of commercial judgement, integrity, discretion and confidentiality.

- The ideal candidate will be a hands-on investment professional and trusted advisor to the Promoter, capable of independently originating, evaluating and executing complex global investment opportunities.
