Vice President - Facilities and Admin

Location: Bangalore

Experience: Minimum 20 years

Education: Any bachelor's degree or master's degree

Job Role:

The role involves leading Facility Operations across all organizational facilities globally.

Additional responsibilities include Project Management of new construction and facility exits, facilities procurement, EHS and managing the travel function.

Key Responsibilities:

- Overall 20 years of experience with around 15 years in facilities management, New Projects execution/construction and Facilities Procurement.

- Knowledge of EHS and Travel operations.

- Responsible for providing leadership and direction to the entire facilities globally, including planning, managing resources, and overseeing construction.

- Ensuring facilities are compliant to EHS standards and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements for Air, water, and Energy.

- Drive cost management and ensure all facility operations are efficiently run and costs optimized.

- Effectively manage the quality and compliance of FM services across the facilities.

- Interface with Department leads and ensure all service standards are delivered or exceeded.

- Ensure seat optimization across facilities and work with RE team for new facilities and exits.

- Experience in project managing new constructions, finalizing layouts/budgets, and working with internal stakeholders and cross functional teams.

- Excellent Leadership Skills.

- Engineering Degree (Preferably civil or Electrical or Mechanical).

- Strong Background in Electrical and Mechanical systems.

- Certifications in maintenance or facilities management are a plus.
