Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive external communications strategy, encompassing media relations, social media, employer branding and thought leadership
- Create and lead a dynamic social media plan, including ideation for new posts, creation of content, building community engagement and tracking performance
- Manage all aspects of media relations, including proactive media outreach, building strong connect with relevant journalists and media monitoring for story opportunities
- 50-55 % social media,30% internal branding and 15-20% writing content
- Champion thought leadership for senior management by seeking suitable opportunities for speaker forums through partnerships and connect with external event platforms
- Draft strong and impactful content including messages for Leadership Talks, Articles, presentations, etc.
- Plan and execute impactful campaigns with an objective of promoting thei brand internally and in the industry
- Support the Internal Communications and Branding efforts
- Collaborate with cross-regional teams and contribute to Global Projects and Campaigns
