We work sector-agnostically and partner closely with Indian startups to help them raise capital from leading VCs, CVCs, family offices, and UHNIs. Role Overview

We are looking for a Vice President to take full end-to-end ownership of fundraising mandates. This is a high-impact role involving sourcing, execution, and syndication, with direct exposure to founders and top-tier investors. The role demands strong investor relationships, execution rigor, and the ability to independently drive deals from mandate signing to closure.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Sourcing & Origination

- Source high-quality early-stage startup opportunities across sectors

- Build and maintain strong founder relationships

- Proactively originate mandates through personal network and ecosystem relationships

End-to-End Deal Execution

- Lead the entire fundraising process from mandate to closure

- Prepare and review pitch decks, information memorandums, and data rooms

- Manage investor outreach, meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations

- Coordinate and manage due diligence (financial, legal, commercial)

- Work closely with founders, investors, lawyers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution

Investor Coverage & Syndication

- Leverage and expand a strong network across VCs, CVCs, PE funds, family offices, and UHNIs

- Run structured investor processes and syndicate rounds efficiently

- Act as the primary point of contact between founders and investors

Ownership & Accountability

- Full ownership of assigned mandates including timelines, outcomes, and closure

- Maintain high standards of execution quality and confidentiality

- Support junior team members where required

Must-Have

- 3-7 years of relevant experience in investment banking, VC, PE, transaction advisory, or startup fundraising

- Hands-on experience in Seed to Series A fundraising

- Strong, active investor network across Indian VCs/PEs/family offices

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- High ownership mindset and ability to work independently
