Post: VP ECM Sales (Equity Capital Markets)

Location: Mumbai

Qualifications: CA / MBA with 12+ years experience in ECM / capital markets sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Equity Capital Market transactions (IPO, FPO, QIP, Rights Issues, etc.)

- Manage client relationships with corporates, institutional investors, and stakeholders.

- Originate new business opportunities and drive ECM sales strategy.

- Oversee end-to-end deal execution, negotiations, and closings.

- Collaborate with Investment Banking, Legal & Compliance teams for smooth execution.

Ideal Candidate:

- Deep knowledge of equity capital markets & valuation techniques.

- Strong business development & client relationship management skills.

- Proven track record in deal origination and execution.

- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
