About the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic Vice President - Transitions to lead large-scale transformation and transition programs across domains.
- This is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing high-impact client engagements, delivering business outcomes, and driving revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in transitions, transformation, digital adoption, and executive stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end transitions and transformation programs, from setup through delivery, outcomes realization, and closure.
- Engage with CXO/CXO-1 level clients to understand strategic priorities and craft tailored transformation solutions.
- Own and drive P&L of $3-4MM+, managing multiple concurrent projects across functions and geographies.
- Champion Day 1 digital and transformation adoption during transitions.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and domain teams to develop go-to-market strategies and lead new deal pursuits.
- Build and continuously evolve transition playbooks and best practices across units.
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Manage governance, risk, compliance, and communication throughout the transformation journey.
