Requirements: - 15-20 years of solid SaaS experience, demonstrating success in selling to large enterprise clients globally. - Proven leadership abilities, business acumen, and experience managing teams of at least 50 people. - Entrepreneurial DNA, high aptitude, and an extremely persevering attitude. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to drive effective collaboration. - You will be responsible for growing the Company's enterprise business globally. - You will actively prospect clients, build relationships and close business and also be responsible for partner development and overall Go-To-Market. You will also own Customer Success and net dollar expansion of such customers. - As a key member of the leadership team, you will collaborate closely on overall product strategy, corporate development & growth of the company. KRA's : - Identify, prioritize and close new clients to meet theCompany's revenue and gross profit objectives. - Build and manage a team of Account Executives, CSMs, Partnerships & Marketing - Own end to end sales funnel for the client, right from the initial introduction to doing demos, use case identification and agreement closure. - Develop revenue led partnerships such as resellers, referrals & agencies. - Responsible for running demand generation, including BDRs/SDRs and Marketing - In addition to working on inbound leads, you will also build a healthy pipeline on your own prospecting and outbound lead generation efforts. - Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and meetings with partners & potential clients. - Track progress of market specific business improvements, competitors and impact.
