About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Enterprise Account Leader to lead growth for our Analytics, Data Governance, and Integration business powered by Qlik, Talend, and allied technologies.
This is a P&L-driven leadership role - youll own business outcomes, drive strategic enterprise sales, and build and lead your own high-performing team for lead generation and account management.
Youll work directly with C-level executives and enterprise customers to shape their data transformation journey - supported by Clay TechSystems 15+ years of delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account and territory plans aligned with growth and profitability goals.
- Build, mentor, and manage a small team for lead generation, inside sales, and customer outreach.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from pipeline creation to closure and renewals.
- Drive both new customer acquisition and expansion within select existing accounts.
- Maintain strong C-level and partner relationships to open and nurture strategic opportunities.
