Vice President - Enterprise Merchant Acquisition & Monetization - BNPL/FinTech Platform

Job Description:

We are an executive search firm hiring for a high-growth BNPL / fintech platform working with digital-first enterprise merchants, brands, and e-commerce platforms.

This is a national-level leadership role with ownership of enterprise merchant acquisition, partnerships, and revenue/P&L.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive enterprise merchant acquisition and onboarding across PAN India

- Own revenue growth and P&L across new and existing merchants

- Manage and scale a team of 5-10 members

- Close and manage large enterprise partnerships with digital-first merchants

- Lead commercial negotiations and long-term account growth

- Work closely with product, technology, and operations teams for successful rollouts

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 12-20 years in fintech, BNPL, payments, or digital platforms

- Proven enterprise sales or partnerships background

- Prior team management (5-10+) and revenue ownership

- PAN India market exposure

- Willing to work full-time from Mumbai
