Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technology strategy and delivery for enterprise investment platforms within the Asset Management domain.
- Own the Aladdin Platform and related investment applications, ensuring platform stability, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Business, Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to deliver strategic technology initiatives.
- Drive platform modernization through API integration, cloud adoption, and enterprise architecture enhancements.
- Lead enterprise data governance, investment data management, and Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) initiatives.
- Define technology roadmaps, architecture standards, and best practices for investment platforms.
- Manage executive stakeholders and provide technology leadership across global teams.
- Mentor engineering teams and drive high-quality delivery of business-critical programs.
- Ensure platform security, compliance, operational excellence, and performance optimization.
- Lead enterprise-scale digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with BlackRock Aladdin Platform, including platform ownership and strategic leadership.
- Expertise in Investment Management Systems, Enterprise Investment Platforms, Asset Management, Investment Operations, Investment Data Platforms, Enterprise Data Governance, and Enterprise Data Platform (EDP).
- Experience leading platform modernization, cloud migration, and API integration initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management with experience engaging senior business and technology leaders.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale technology transformation programs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
