Vice President Engineering | Executive Leadership Opportunity

We're hiring an exceptional Vice President Engineering to lead enterprise-wide technology transformation and build the next generation of digital financial platforms.

Location: Gurugram

Work Mode: Work from Office

CTC: Up to 60 LPA

What You'll Do:

- Lead the engineering vision, strategy, and execution of enterprise-scale digital platforms.

- Drive cloud transformation, microservices architecture, DevOps, automation, and AI-led engineering productivity.

- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams across Development, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and Production Support.

- Partner with business and product leaders to deliver secure, scalable, and technology solutions.

- Modernize legacy systems using cloud-native architecture, APIs, automation, and engineering best practices.

What We're Looking For:

- 15+ years of Software Engineering experience with 58 years in Engineering Leadership.

- Proven experience delivering enterprise applications and large-scale digital platforms.

- Expertise in Microservices, REST APIs, Distributed Systems, Event-Driven Architecture, API Gateways, Authentication & Security.

- Hands-on experience with AWS/GCP, CI/CD, Infrastructure Automation, Monitoring, Observability, and Production Support.

- Strong knowledge of Database Architecture, Scalability, Reliability Engineering, and High-Availability Systems.

- Strong leadership in People Management, Agile Delivery, Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management, Budget Planning, and Technology Roadmap.

Preferred Industry Experience: BFSI | Wealth Management | FinTech | Lending | Insurance | Broking | Investment Platforms.
