Vice President - Engineering - AI/ML/Cloud

Role Overview:

One of our clients is seeking a strategic and hands-on VP of Engineering to lead enterprise product delivery, cloud architecture, and AI innovation. You will manage cross-functional engineering teams and scale our proprietary platform using advanced AI, ML, and GenAI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Tech Vision & Architecture:

- Define long-term product roadmaps and deliver scalable, secure microservices and cloud-native systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Mission AI & GenAI:

- Spearhead AI/ML strategy, owning the architecture for LLMs, AI agents, autonomous workflows, and intelligent document automation.

Engineering Operations:

- Oversee platform engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, Quality Engineering, system uptime, and cost optimization.

Team Leadership:

- Hire, mentor, and scale high-performing Full-Stack and ML engineering teams. Partner with executive leadership on client delivery and product strategy.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

- 11 - 16 years in enterprise software engineering (B2B SaaS).

AI Expertise:

- Track record of scaling early-stage AI/ML prototypes into enterprise production platforms.

Tech Stack:

- Java, Python, JavaScript (React, Node.js, Angular), SQL/NoSQL databases, microservices, and distributed systems.

Cloud & DevOps:

- Modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
