- Deep understanding of SaaS, AWS Cloud, and building scalable applications
- Exceptional listening, presentation, and communication skills
- Setting the companys technical vision and leading the companys technological development.
- Define the priorities, objectives and targets that underpin what contributes to delivery of value to business aligned with best practices and standards.
- Working experience with proven track record of building and developing high performance engineering teams.
- Optimizing and managing the technology network in a manner it delivers high efficiency with sufficient resilience and yet manages costs effectively.
- Experience and familiarity with modern software development and engineering methodologies.
- Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture.
- Prime both proactive and reactive stakeholders engagements.
