Vice President - Economic Policy & Research - Financial Services

Job Description:

- Prepare policy notes for dissemination on events such as Union Budget, Monetary policy announcements, Economic data releases, and important policy announcements or discussion papers by RBI, SEBI, amongst others.

- Prepare quarterly economic outlook reports for internal decision-making which impact the companys business.

- Closely track monthly and quarterly macroeconomic data in India and abroad on a continuous basis and analyse their linkages and potential impact and present the commentary to the Leadership Team.

- Develop Deep Insight Reports as regards impact of Macros on Company's Business & Portfolio on a periodic basis.

- Supervise the progress made by the team and ensure that they deliver quality and timely research output.

- Develop Thematic Reports based on Themes chosen at the start of the Year.

- Work closely with Internal Stakeholders.

- Assist the Chief Economist in conducting conferences, roundtables, and panel discussions on emerging and existing policy and regulatory issues.
