Vice President E-Commerce (D2C & Quick Commerce)

Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and data-driven Vice President E-Commerce to lead and scale the companys entire online business across Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Quick Commerce channels, including platforms such as Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, and Zepto.
This is a strategic and P&L-owning leadership role responsible for driving exponential digital growth, optimizing channel profitability, leading performance marketing initiatives, and ensuring a seamless consumer experience across all digital touchpoints.
Primary Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of revenue, profitability, and growth across both D2C and Quick Commerce channels.
- Build and execute robust strategies to increase traffic, conversion, retention, and repeat purchase behavior on the brands website.
- Strengthen relationships with Quick Commerce partners to enhance visibility, product availability, and sales velocity.
- Lead all performance marketing and growth initiatives with a sharp focus on ROI, CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
- Collaborate with Brand, Supply Chain, and Product teams to ensure alignment on pricing, inventory flow, offers, and customer experience.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing e-commerce and digital marketing team with strong ownership and accountability.
- Drive data-centric decision-making by monitoring and analyzing key business metrics including traffic, conversion rate, repeat ratio, and overall channel profitability.
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital business leadership within FMCG, Food, or Consumer product categories.
- Proven track record of scaling online business P&Ls across D2C and platform-based channels.
- Deep operational understanding of Quick Commerce ecosystems and their commercial models.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, growth analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Demonstrated success in team building, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership.
