Sales channels that need to be developed include: - Ecommerce (Brand Stores) - Modern Retail chains - General trade network - Wholesale branded distribution 2. Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback. 3. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key players in retail sectors. 4. Drive product development and pricing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams. 5. Develop market feedback mechanisms. Establish and execute timely payment collection systems across channels in conjunction with the finance and operations teams. 6. Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers. 7. Ensure that the sales team adheres to the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction. 8. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
