Vice President/Director - South Coverage

Job Description:

- Responsible for originating: financing and transacting deals in particular domain

- Taking lead in industry research, market mapping, preparing mandate pitches, client interface

- Be a part of end-to-end deal making cycle for multiple sell-side/ buy side mandates

- To be actively involved at every stage of the transaction, leading the transaction until it gets closed (client visits, meetings, bilateral discussions, commercial negotiations due-diligence, transaction closure agreements)

- Directs the implementation of proposed solutions to the clients

- Strengthen firms' relationship at Senior Management level with the existing clients

- Managing Client relationships along with the manager, assisting in identification of business opportunities.

- Responsible for handling all aspects of client liaison involving negotiations on pricing or structure of a merger
