
Role and responsibilities
- To lead and manage a team of analyst and team members
- Support Manager, C&IB Counterparty Data Management /Reference Data with resource planning to optimize workforce, and performance (e.g. volume) monitoring Support Manager, C&IB Counterparty Data Management with internal stakeholder management
- To perform processing and authorization during periods of high demand and support more complex operational tasks/requests.
- Operational services include, but not limited to, capture of static data for new clients, credit limits, security set up and other reference data requests .
Essential criteria:
- 13+ Years experience within a similar environment with a demonstrated understanding of (preferably corporate & institutional and/or markets) product, processes and systems
- People Management experience
