The VP / Director - Private Banking role is a leadership position responsible for driving business growth and managing client relationships within the Private Banking division. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to acquire new high-net-worth clients, providing tailored financial solutions, and ensuring exceptional client service.

The individual will collaborate closely with investment specialists, portfolio managers, and other internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive wealth management services and achieve revenue targets. The role directly impacts the firm's ability to expand its client base, increase assets under management, and solidify its position as a premier wealth management provider.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire and retain high-net-worth clients, contributing to the growth of the private banking portfolio.

- Provide personalized wealth management advice and solutions to clients, aligning with their financial goals and risk tolerance.

- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

- Collaborate with investment specialists to develop and implement customized investment strategies for clients, optimizing portfolio performance.

- Monitor market trends and economic conditions, providing timely insights and recommendations to clients to inform their investment decisions.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct.

- Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities across the organization, maximizing revenue generation.

Required Skillset:
