Vice President/Director - Financial Institutions Group/Investment Bank

- Lead origination and execution of M&A, capital raising (ECM), and private equity transactions for clients in the Financial Service Sector

- Act as a sector expert, advising clients on M&A opportunities, market positioning, and capital structuring strategies

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the financial services industry

- Partner with internal sector/product teams to structure, negotiate, and close complex transactions

- Manage the end-to-end deal lifecycle - from pitch preparation and valuation to due diligence and regulatory approvals

- Track and analyze sectoral trends, identify new business opportunities, and drive idea generation

- Work closely with regulatory bodies for transaction-related approvals and compliance

- Monitor macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, and sector dynamics in Indian and global financial services

- Oversee the full deal lifecycle-pitching, diligence, structuring, negotiation, documentation, and closure

- Provide clients with actionable strategic insights on capital optimization, inorganic expansion, restructuring, and regulatory positioning
