Vice President/Director - Digital Transformation- Supply Chain/Finance & Accounts Process

We are hiring for Sr, Level position in Digital Transformation 

Process : Supply chain/ HRO/ Finance process

Education : Full time MBA/ CA

Responsibilities:

- Partnering with global clients driving strategic transformation,

- Responsiblr for process re-engineering efforts across geographies & leading teams,

- Drives the transformation for clients by leading the interplay of Data Analytics, Digital, and Lean Six Sigma.

- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to embed analytics and digital capabilities throughout the organization.

- Leading the charge for providing agentic AI solutions and Generative AI for Global Clients

- Responsible for automation, process optimization, data and insights, providing agentic AI solutions and Generative AI for Global Clients

- Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of analytics and digital projects, setting milestones, managing resources, and monitoring progress.

- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics and digital transformation, offering guidance and thought leadership.

Required Skills:

- Business understanding and knowledge of transformation trends in 2-3 Industry verticals.

- Experience in leading digital transformation programs which include technology

- Good understanding of Operations ecosystem in a Business Process management environment. Specific knowledge on or more Core Service lines like Finance and Accounting, Supply Chain, Procurement, Banking Operations, Insurance Operations

- As a Lean Digital Transformation Leader you will be responsible for driving the integration of process, analytics, and digital capabilities throughout the organization
