- 15+ years of total IT experience, with 8+ years in DevOps/SRE leadership roles.
- Proven success managing large-scale, mission-critical, high-traffic eCommerce or digital platforms.
- Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, etc.) and IaC frameworks (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Strong background in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), networking, and security.
- Solid understanding of SRE principles: monitoring, incident response, chaos engineering, capacity management.
- Deep knowledge of LiveOps - real-time operations, high-load event handling, and game/day-part activation strategies for eCommerce campaigns.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
