Job Title: Debt & Treasury Job Location: Bangalore Job Brief & Responsibilities: Functional Expertise - Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements. - Maintain an efficient system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities and provide support for regulatory reporting. - Develop a structure to work with business partners, shared services and FP&A to optimize working capital. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain subsidiaries- capital structures consistent with business, tax and regulatory requirements. - Develop appropriate reporting and modelling capabilities required to support short-term and longterm liquidity forecasting needs. - Maintain all domestic and global banking relationships. - Maintain strong communications with banks and other financial service providers. - Monitor debt covenant compliance and prepare related calculations and certificates, in accordance with debt agreements. - Develop and lead hedging programs to mitigate risk from currency and interest rate fluctuation. - Responsible for investing funds consistent with applicable laws. - Well networked with banking community - RM, Trade Finance and Supply Chain teams. - Very strong product knowledge of Trade Finance and Supply Chain teams. - Extremely strong analytical skills, conversant with excel and Google Sheets. EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS - 10-15 years of relevant experience. - MBA or CA qualified. CA qualified would be preferred. - Should be self-driven and high on ownership. - Very strong interpersonal and presentation skills. - Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. - Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail. - Forward-looking thinker, who is proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions.
