Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow institutional and large HNI relationships across fixed income and debt products.
- Drive distribution of primary and secondary market instruments including corporate bonds, NCDs, SDLs, G-Secs and T-Bills.
- Own revenue generation, client coverage strategy and wallet share expansion for assigned accounts.
- Work closely with trading, DCM and research teams to deliver pricing, liquidity and market intelligence to clients.
- Support debt issuances through investor targeting, book building and post-deal distribution.
- Monitor macro, interest rate and credit trends; proactively originate trade and investment ideas.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, compliance and internal risk frameworks; mentor junior team members.
Key Skills & Experience
- 8-12+ years of experience in fixed income / debt sales with strong institutional client relationships.
- Deep understanding of interest rate products, yield curves, credit risk and market structure.
- Demonstrated track record of revenue generation and mandate execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability.
- MBA / CA / CFA preferred.
