Vice President- DCM (Debt Capital Markets)

Location: Mumbai

Reporting to: Senior Vice President - DCM

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for structuring & execution of Debt Capital markets transactions for the target customer group belonging to the approved client set.

- Responsible for developing and managing a team of managers in DCM

- Assist the SVP in handling the complex financial arrangements/transactions and markets pricing decisions.

- Work closely with the Sector Conduct due diligence, execution and successful closure of capital market transactions and advisory mandates while complying with the legal requirements

- Drafting/reviewing of offer documents, transaction agreements and related documentation

- Coordinating pre-issue and/or post-issue activities

- Liaisons with regulators, stock exchanges, Issuers and coordinating with various intermediaries for execution of transaction

- Keep track of updates in regulatory framework and impart knowledge to team members

Qualification: LLB/MBA (Specialization in Finance) from reputed B-schools

Domain Knowledge Competencies:

Knowledge of capital markets and regulatory framework for capital market transactions including SEBI regulations and Companies Act. Understanding of Debt market dynamics. Experience in successfully executing capital market transactions and coordinating pre-issue and post-issue activities

Experience in Product areas:

Understanding of capital markets, Knowledge and experience in executing various capital market transactions, Knowledge of debt market products - Bonds/NCDs, InvITs, REITS, Credit enhanced bonds, Structured Finance, Foreign Currency Bonds, Experience in building and managing team

Experience: 12yrs + relevant Work Experience
