Description: Experience:13-18 yrs - Gurgaon-Local Gurgaon candidates ONLY as F2F interview on this Saturday - Excellent communication skills - Team Management experience - Shifts-UK & US - Notice period -Immediate Joiners/60 days max - Looking for existing AVP from Investment Banks - Must have experience in- - End to end CDD experience -5+ yrs - End to end Financial Crime -5+ yrs - CDD Onboarding - CDD Refresh - 3+ yrs minimum in Team Management of approx 50+ FTE Experience & Qualifications - 9+ years total in banking/financial services operations. - 5+ years specifically in CDD/EDD/KYC or Financial Crime Operations. - Minimum 3+ years in a leadership role managing other managers. - Leading and managing teams of 50+ FTE (Full-Time Equivalents). - Directly managing people leaders or managers (not just individual contributors). 1. Leadership & People Management - Leading and managing teams of 50+ FTE (Full-Time Equivalents). - Directly managing people leaders or managers (not just individual contributors). - Coaching and mentoring team members and other managers. - Building team capability and developing talent. - Distinctive leadership presence. 2. Operational & Process Management - Deep expertise in Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and KYC Operations for both individual and institutional clients. - Financial Crime Operations experience (Anti-Money Laundering / Counter-Terrorism Financing - AML/CTF). - Ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards. - Managing workforce planning and operational capacity. - Identifying and driving process improvement opportunities. - Case review and quality assurance oversight. 3. Technical & Tool Proficiency - Expert use of productivity and workforce management tools like Active Ops (AOM), FocusIQ, or similar. - Using these tools to manage resources, cost, productivity, and efficiency. 4. Risk, Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge - Strong understanding of risk management and controls. - Ability to clearly articulate risks to stakeholders. - Working knowledge of AML/CTF legislation. - (Preferred) Professional qualifications such as ACAMS CGSS, ICA, or other AML/CTF certifications. 5. Communication & Stakeholder Management - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. - Building and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders across the business. - Liaising with business units to understand their specific requirements and concerns. 6. Core Professional Skills - Strong time management and organizational skills. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment. - Problem-solving ability. - A Bachelor's Degree is desirable, with a preference for postgraduate qualifications.
