Vice President - Credit Real Estate - Bank

Role & Responsibilities:

- Evaluation of prospective clients' creditworthiness, structuring and modifying the products to meet the needs of the client while taking security, cash flows, and risk profile into consideration.

- Creating a thorough credit appraisal document for approving authorities and having the capacity to manage each proposition separately and defend in the committee.

- Collaborate closely with the Business Team.

- In charge of overseeing the portfolio from start to finish.

- Work your way up to the position of team manager for credit managers.

- Making sure the idea complies with internal and external regulations.

- Working with CMT to coordinate EWS, portfolio monitoring, compliance, and other reporting.

Total Experience: 10-12 years

Education: MBA/CA
