VP Credit - Supply Chain Finance Job Description: - Oversee the company's credit policies, procedures and processes related to SCF. - Develop and review Early Warning System (EWS) reports. - Periodic review of portfolio in accordance with current Industry scenario and recent RBI Circular, making amendments to Policy accordingly. - Ensuring system automation for improving team efficiency and productivity. - Directly responsible for the credit quality and risk performance of the company and the SCF businesses. - Keeping a tab on external economic environment, regulatory policies and competition with a view to ensure strong business growth. - Using data analytics to develop insights into credit risk trends, identify emerging risks, and optimize credit risk management strategies. Qualification and Experience: - 15+ years' experience required in the credit/risk department related to supply chain financing. - Master's degree (MBA preferred) from a reputed institute or a CA/CFA degree with relevant experience. - Strong business acumen. - Ability to motivate and develop a strong team. - Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-levels. - Problem solving approach. - Highly driven and motivated individual with ability to get hands-on where required.al with ability to get hands-on where required.
