Vice President - Credit - Home Loan/Loan Against Property

Role Overview:

- The Vice President - Home Loan & Loan Against Property will be responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and credit quality of the HL/LAP portfolio across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Rajasthan.

- The role requires deep expertise in retail secured lending, a strong credit underwriting background, and proven leadership experience in managing large teams and geographies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA/CA preferred).

- Experience: Minimum 15+ years in Retail Lending (Home Loans & LAP) with significant exposure to credit underwriting.

- Must have managed large portfolios across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Rajasthan.

- Proven track record in business scale-up, credit risk management, and team leadership.

- Strong relationships with builders, DSAs, and distribution networks in the western region.

- Excellent strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
