Key Responsibilities :

- Execute and distribute structured credit and financing transactions with Banks, NBFCs, AIFs, DFIs, IDFs, and other institutional investors.

- Manage fund-raising mandates through Loans, ECBs, NCDs/Bonds, and project finance across infrastructure, renewables, and real estate sectors.

- Engage with institutional investors, negotiated commercial term sheets, and facilitated successful transaction closures.

- Coordinate with lenders, legal advisors, government authorities, and internal stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.

- Prepare financial models, credit proposals, lender presentations, transaction decks, and funding memorandums.

- Develop and manage client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
