Hiring National Head - Credit Card sales for a Fintech client Key Responsibilities: - Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement the sales strategy for the credit card product portfolio, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives and growth targets. - Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing credit card sales team. Foster a collaborative environment focused on achieving individual and team sales goals. - Customer Acquisition & Retention: Drive customer acquisition efforts through various channels, including partnerships, direct sales, digital platforms, and third-party affiliates. Ensure a strong focus on customer retention through value-added services and engagement initiatives. - Market Insights & Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the credit card space. Leverage insights to refine product offerings and sales strategies. - Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior leadership. Track sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve revenue goals. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, operations, and risk management teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and alignment between product offerings and market needs. - Partnership Development: Establish strong relationships with our banks, external vendors, digital platforms etc., to enhance distribution channels and sales reach. Qualifications: - Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. - Experience: 12-15 years of experience in credit card sales, financial services, or fintech, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and managing large teams within the financial products or payments sector. - Strong Leadership Skills: Experience leading and developing high-performance sales teams, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and performance management. - Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the credit card industry, market trends, and customer needs.
