We are mandated to hire a Vice President - Corporate Strategy (Business Strategy, Partnerships & Ecosystem Development) for a Government - backed Development Financial Institution (DFI) focused on infrastructure financing, based in Mumbai.

Role Highlights :

- Lead strategic planning and growth initiatives

- Build partnerships with DFIs, multilateral agencies, investors, and ecosystem stakeholders

- Drive innovative financing and infrastructure development solutions

- Support policy engagement and ecosystem transformation initiatives

- Lead a high- performing team and influence organization- wide strategic priorities

Eligibility & Requirements :

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution

- Preferred: CA, MBA (Finance/Strategy), or equivalent

- Minimum 12 years of experience in Financial Services / Consultancy Firm

- At least 3 years' experience in Project Finance / Project Finance Advisory / Infrastructure Finance / Infrastructure Finance Advisory

- Age: Below 55 years

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership, direction, and oversight for the Institution's developmental agenda

- Formulate and execute long- term business strategy and operational plans

- Policy advocacy and liaison with government/regulatory authorities

- Build partnerships with DFIs, multilateral agencies, and investors for infra ecosystem development

- Design innovative financing products and enable ESG- compliant, green finance

- Mobilise private capital for infrastructure projects

- Prepare reports, research papers, presentations, and communication materials for stakeholders

- Manage and mentor a team of Analysts/Sr. Analysts, ensuring delivery of high- quality outputs
