Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional with experience in the broking or financial

services industry to drive corporate planning, business strategy, and analytics initiatives. The role will focus on enhancing business performance through data-driven insights, competitive intelligence, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Planning & Business Performance

- Lead corporate planning initiatives including annual business planning and periodic reviews

- Establish robust review mechanisms to track business performance

- Monitor and improve efficiency, productivity, and key performance metrics

2. MIS & Analytics

- Oversee MIS design, enhancement, and automation across functions

- Develop advanced analytical tools and dashboards for decision-making

- Drive data accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights across the organization

3. Competition Tracking & Market Intelligence

- Track and analyze competition across brokers, distributors, wealth managers, banks, international firms, and fintech players

- Generate insights to support strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities

- Build structured frameworks for continuous competitive benchmarking

4. Business Strategy

- Contribute to formulation and execution of business strategy (both strategic and tactical initiatives)

- Work closely with leadership to identify growth levers and operational improvements

- Translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes

5. High Impact Projects

- Lead and execute key strategic and transformation projects

- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive business-critical initiatives

6. Team Management

- Lead and manage a team across Mumbai and Noida

- Ensure effective coordination, alignment, and delivery across locations

Candidate Profile:

- Preferred background in broking, wealth management, or financial services industry

- Experience in corporate planning, strategy, MIS, analytics, or consulting roles

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
