Job Description :

FyneHand is seeking experienced Wealth Managers with a Corporate Banking Mid-Market background to join its wealth advisory team.

The role involves managing high-net-worth client relationships, designing personalized investment strategies, and delivering comprehensive financial planning solutions.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted financial advisor, ensuring clients achieve long-term wealth creation, preservation, and transfer goals.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Investment & Portfolio Management :

- Assess clients financial goals, risk tolerance, and liquidity needs.

- Design and manage diversified investment portfolios across equities (stocks), fixed income instruments (bonds, debt funds, etc.), and alternative investments and structured products.

- Continuously monitor market conditions and rebalance portfolios to optimize returns and manage risk.

- Provide proactive investment advice based on macroeconomic trends and client-specific requirements.

2. Tax Strategy & Optimization :

- Develop tax-efficient investment and withdrawal strategies for clients.

- Work closely with clients and tax advisors to minimize tax liabilities.

- Optimize asset allocation considering capital gains, income tax, and wealth transfer implications.

- Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulatory frameworks.

3. Retirement & Estate Planning :

- Design comprehensive retirement planning solutions aligned with client lifestyle goals.

- Structure estate planning instruments including wills, trusts, and succession planning strategies.

- Ensure seamless intergenerational wealth transfer.

- Advise on philanthropic and charitable giving structures where applicable.

4. Holistic Financial Coordination :

- Act as the central coordinator (financial quarterback) for client financial affairs.

- Collaborate with Chartered Accountants, legal advisors, tax consultants, and insurance and investment specialists.

- Ensure all financial strategies are aligned across stakeholders.

- Provide consolidated financial insights and reporting to clients.

5. Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), families, and corporate clients.

- Understand evolving client needs and proactively offer tailored solutions.

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all wealth-related queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Background in Corporate Banking, Mid-Market Banking, Private Banking, or Wealth Management.

- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio construction.

- Knowledge of tax planning, estate planning, and wealth structuring.

- Experience handling HNI/UHNI clients is highly preferred.

- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional financial experts.

- Strong ethical standards and understanding of regulatory compliance.

Preferred Experience :

- Experience working with corporate banking mid-market clients transitioning into wealth management.

- Exposure to multi-asset investment advisory.

- Prior experience in private banking or boutique wealth advisory firms.
