Location: Delhi NCR

Reporting To: Director / Head - Corporate Banking, India
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven banking professional to join the Corporate Banking team of a leading MNC Bank as Vice President in Delhi NCR.
The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to large corporates with turnover of - 1000 crores and above, as well as a sound understanding of cross-border financing solutions, including External Commercial Borrowings (ECBs).
The role demands deep client engagement, origination of new business, and delivery of a wide suite of corporate banking products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of large corporate clients in the Delhi NCR region
- Originate and structure credit and non-credit solutions including term loans, working capital, treasury, and trade finance products
- Leverage global network to deliver cross-border solutions including ECBs, syndications, and FX risk management
- Drive wallet share across liabilities, assets, and fee-based income products
- Develop strategic relationships with promoter groups, CXOs, and treasury teams of large corporates
- Undertake detailed credit assessment and prepare proposals in line with internal risk policies and regulatory guidelines
- Coordinate with product, risk, compliance, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions
- Ensure adherence to compliance norms, credit monitoring, and portfolio hygiene metrics
- Identify emerging opportunities and contribute to the strategic growth of the Corporate Banking franchise in North India
Candidate Profile & Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Corporate Banking, with strong coverage of large corporates in the Delhi NCR market
- Proven track record of managing relationships with companies having turnover of - 1000 crores and above
- Strong understanding of ECBs, trade finance, structured credit, and treasury solutions
- Experience in handling credit analysis, proposal writing, and due diligence processes
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Exposure to international banking practices and ability to work in a matrix MNC environment
- MBA (Finance) / CA or equivalent qualification preferred
