Vice President - Corporate Access.

Location : Mumbai.

Compensation : 35-40 LPA (Fixed).

Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and relationship-driven Vice President - Corporate Access to build and scale high-impact corporate engagement initiatives for our Equity Research and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute a multi-year corporate access strategy aligned with firm-wide research and sales objectives.

- Identify white-space opportunities across sectors, themes, and geographies for senior-level (CXO/CFO/CEO) interactions.

- Lead innovative formats such as digital roadshows, site visits, investor roundtables, and expert panels.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with corporates, industry experts, dealers, distributors, and specialists.

- Coordinate channel checks, plant visits, expert calls, and on-ground intelligence gathering.

- Collaborate closely with Equity Research and Sales to develop sector content, primers, and client pitches.

- Maintain robust CRM reporting on engagements, attendance, feedback, and outcomes.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong experience in corporate access, equity research, institutional sales, or capital markets with exceptional stakeholder management and execution skills.
