About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven Program Manager with strong expertise in logistics, supply chain operations, and cross-functional program delivery. The ideal candidate will lead strategic initiatives, streamline operations, drive automation, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful execution of high-impact programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Management:

- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of strategic logistics programs.

- Manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously with clear timelines, KRAs, and KPIs.

- Create program charters, roadmaps, and governance structures for large-scale initiatives.

- Track program risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocations.

Operational Excellence:

- Partner with operations, supply chain, and warehouse teams to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance service levels.

- Identify gaps in logistics processes and drive continuous improvements using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

- Implement automation, technology tools, and digital transformation initiatives.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with internal teams: Operations, Procurement, Technology, Finance, and Customer Success.

- Influence leadership teams through structured updates, dashboards, and decision-making insights.

- Manage external vendors, 3PLs, automation partners, and technology providers.

Data & Reporting:

- Use data to track performance metrics, measure program effectiveness, and drive improvements.

- Build and maintain dashboards for leadership reporting (Power BI/Tableau preferred).

- Ensure programs meet defined SLAs, KPIs, and cost targets.

Team Leadership:

- Lead cross-functional project teams; mentor junior PMs and operations analysts.

- Develop a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 7-10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, warehousing, transportation, or related domains.

- Proven track record as a Program Manager/Project Manager/PMO Lead managing large-scale operational programs.

- Strong understanding of logistics operations, network design, process optimization, and vendor management.

- Skill in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project, ClickUp, etc.).

- Excellent analytical skills; comfortable with data analysis using Excel, SQL, or BI tools.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Certifications like PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile are a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

- Experience driving automation or digital transformation in logistics.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Strong business acumen and a metrics-driven mindset.
