VP - Construction Finance

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive business development efforts by identifying, engaging, and converting builders and construction finance companies into strategic sourcing partners.

- Create strategies that align with business goals, focusing on partner acquisition, revenue generation, and long-term relationship management by the fulfilment team

- Work closely with the Head of Products to align product offerings with market demand and partner needs.

- Be proactive in exploring and identifying new business opportunities in the home loan space.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in the housing finance or home loan sector

- Proven track record of successful partnership development and business expansion.

- Prior experience in dealing with construction finance companies and builders in the HFC space

- Strong understanding of legal frameworks and regulations pertaining to the housing finance industry across various states in India.

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
