Job Description:

We are hiring for a senior Compliance Leader to drive regulatory advisory and compliance governance for a large and growing retail lending business.

This is a strategic leadership role working closely with senior management, with responsibility for ensuring end-to-end regulatory compliance, policy governance, and risk mitigation across retail lending operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary compliance authority for retail lending products

- Provide regulatory advisory on new product launches, business initiatives, and process changes

- Lead policy formulation, SOP development, and compliance frameworks

- Track, interpret, and implement RBI regulations and regulatory circulars

- Manage regulatory inspections, audits, and supervisory engagements

- Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks across retail lending operations

- Drive compliance-led transformation, automation, and governance initiatives

- Partner with internal stakeholders including Business, Risk, Legal, Audit, and Operations

Key Requirements:

- 12+ years of experience in Compliance roles within Banks / NBFCs

- Strong knowledge of RBI regulations related to retail lending

- Experience in housing loans, personal loans, LAP, or digital lending products

- Proven exposure to regulatory advisory, inspections, and compliance governance

- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability

Educational Qualification:

CA / CS / LLB / MBA (Finance)
