- We are seeking a stable, mature, and dynamic senior professional with 20+ years of proven leadership experience in the manufacturing sector.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in Accounts & Finance, Taxation, Commercial Finance, Costing, Budgeting, Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Business Operations with the ability to drive strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee Accounts & Finance, Taxation, Commercial, SCM, and related business functions.

- Drive financial strategy, budgeting, costing, financial planning, taxation, and performance management.

- Provide strategic oversight of commercial operations, procurement, taxation, and supply chain activities.

- Ensure effective tax planning, compliance, and management of statutory and regulatory requirements.

- Partner with senior leadership on business strategy, financial decisions, and operational planning.

- Ensure strong cross-functional coordination and alignment of business objectives.

- Monitor business performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive operational excellence.

- Ensure strong governance, compliance, risk management, and financial discipline.

- Lead and mentor teams while fostering a culture of accountability and performance.

Qualification:

- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

Experience:

- 15-20 Years in manufacturing unit including Plant Experience.

Age Group:

- 45+ Year.

Location:

- Delhi / Mandideep - Bhopal / Mumbai / Lakshmangarh, Sikar Rajasthan.

- Minimum 20 years of relevant leadership experience in the manufacturing industry.

- Strong expertise in Accounts & Finance, Taxation, Commercial Finance, SCM, Costing, Budgeting, and Operations.

- Strong business acumen with a holistic understanding of manufacturing and business operations.

- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.

- Strong analytical, decision-making, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Stable, mature, dependable, and well-grounded professional with high integrity and a consistent career track record.

- Strong leadership presence and the ability to work closely with promoters, senior management, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- Additional qualifications such as CS, CMA, or ICWA will be an added advantage.
