Vice President - Commercial & Operations - Manufacturing

Role Overview:

We are seeking a stable, mature, and dynamic senior professional with 20+ years of proven leadership experience in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in Accounts & Finance, Taxation, Commercial Finance, Costing, Budgeting, Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Business Operations with the ability to drive strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee Accounts & Finance, Taxation, Commercial, SCM, and related business functions.

- Drive financial strategy, budgeting, costing, financial planning, taxation, and performance management.

- Provide strategic oversight of commercial operations, procurement, taxation, and supply chain activities.

- Ensure effective tax planning, compliance, and management of statutory and regulatory requirements.

- Partner with senior leadership on business strategy, financial decisions, and operational planning.

- Ensure strong cross-functional coordination and alignment of business objectives.

- Monitor business performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive operational excellence.

- Ensure strong governance, compliance, risk management, and financial discipline.

- Lead and mentor teams while fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
