Vice President - Client Success - Media

- The VP of Client Success at Ride The Wave is a mission-critical leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional client outcomes, retention, and experience across a fast-growing portfolio of online businesses. You will lead and scale a high-performance client delivery team, build systems and SOPs for sustainable delivery at scale, and serve as a strategic partner to the founder.

- This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in agency leadership, client strategy, and team building -

- Own the full client journey from onboarding through retention and renewal.

- Recruit, train, and lead a 25-member team (Client Success Managers, copy/content specialists, delivery ops).

- Build performance management frameworks, including KPIs, scorecards, QA processes.

- Standardize workflows to enable high-quality delivery across 70-100+ clients.

- Stay informed on organic growth trends (Facebook, IG, email, etc.) and apply best practices.

- Deep understanding of Copywriting/Content writing
